When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

This picture is one of the most popular in my entire gallery, but its original version was so disgustingly awful I've redone it entirely from scratch. Maybe now all you people who've favorited it won't have something so awful to look at any more. Hooray! ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: Yaaar, it's one in the morning and I don't want to write my Art History paper. So what do I do? That's right. Random fanart. XP Pchat was acting kooky so I fiddled in Photoshop. Usually I don't really like drawing in there, but I really had no choice. I need to practice with it more, anyway. Then there was the problem of who to draw for... and I eventually decided to make art for someone who's totally nice and awesome with some pretty awesome web-comiking skillz... she's been so nice to me lately I go gooey all over. I also felt guilty about not adding her to my watchlist for so long... *headdesk* How lazy of me, too. I chose the easiest of her characters to draw. XP Bad Cheeko, bad. Anyhoo: This is Nameless/Pepe, an original character by ~JillyFoo. He's an evil creature of sorts... he really is a boy with spikes all over his back, but he got turned into this cute fuzzy thing by an ex-associate because he was "too cocky," or something along those lines. But MAAAAYN! He is SOOOO cute!!! *cuddles* See Pepe and the gang in action here: [link] Pepe/Nameless (c) Artwork (c) me! |
